Any item(s) purchased may be returned within 14 days upon receipt of order. Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days upon receipt of order. Any item(s) returned or exchanged must have original tags and be unworn. Item(s) will be inspected to determine if a refund or exchange will take place.
Prior to making a return or exchange, YOU MUST complete the online form, select “Returns” as the nature of inquiry, and include your order number and reason for return in your message. For exchanges, please indicate if you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size or another item(s). In the event that the item(s) you wish to make an exchange for is not available, you will be notified.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for a return or exchange. Orders returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost of the original order will not be refunded.

Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law or if disclosure is necessary to protect our rights. Special circumstances may include court orders, judicial proceedings, etc.
Orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates will be determined by the weight of the package, as well as its destination. Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to arrive.
The option for Expedited Shipping will be available only to mainland US customers.
